How does the online group coaching work?
We meet for six LIVE zoom calls over the course of the program. If you’re not comfortable being on camera, you can mute yourself and keep your camera off so you’re just a ‘fly on the wall’ listening in.
How do I know if I am a good candidate for this program?
If you’re open to learning, and getting curious about your habits in a supportive environment with a seasoned coach, then this program is a good fit for you. Warning: If you’re looking for a quick fix and quick weight loss in six weeks, then this is not the program for you. Change takes time. This program will help you dial in foundational habits that support transformation.Once you have the basics in place, then consistency will bring about results.
Is there a meal plan for this program?
I offer a meal plan as a guide, however, one of the tenets of the program is to teach you how to eat without having to follow a plan. In a non-judgmental manner, I check your food twice weekly to make supportive suggestions.
Are there any supplements required?
No supplements are required, however I may make recommendations for a protein supplement and a few vitamins. Please note: I do NOT sell any products.
Can I lose weight during this program?
The short answer is YES. Over the course of the program you’ll discover how to change your body composition without giving up foods that you love or doing a lot of exercise. However, your success will depend on YOU: your commitment and compliance. Please note that everyone comes from a different starting point and results will vary depending on your diet history and other health issues. When you gain knowledge and confidence, and if you continue with the healthy habits we’ve instilled you will continue successfully on your journey to your goal weight.
How will the winner of the transformation be determined?
The goal of the challenge is to help you change your lifestyle habits because these will ultimately be the factors that bring you the results you desire. Having said this, the winner will NOT necessarily be the person who has lost the most weight, but the person that has participated fully AND has seen results (non-scale victories included). As well, in order to be eligible for the prize, challengers will need to submit before/after photos and answer a questionnaire.
When are the Zoom sessions?
Zoom sessions are Tuesday evenings at 6pm MT.
